This site is dedicated to the wonderful stories found in the books, Winnie-The-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner, written by A. A. Milne and illustrated by E. H. Shepard. These books were first published in the 1920s, and star the familiar characters of Piglet, Owl, Rabbit, Tigger, Kanga, Roo, Eeyore, Christopher Robin, and Edward Bear, commonly known as Winnie-the-Pooh.

Miscellaneous Stuff

• Since my name is James Milne, lots of people have been asking me if I'm related to A. A. Milne. As far as my family can tell, we're not related. That goes back at least seven generations for me, so even if we do have a common ancestor, the link would be pretty thin. Still, it's fun having the same last name!!
• At one point, back when newsgroups were extremely popular, I was responsible for the alt.fan.pooh FAQ. This is the latest version of that FAQ. (Notice that it hasn't been updated since 2000.) A lot of the information is still good, and it answers a lot of the common questions that I hear people ask.
• Here's a blast from the past. I managed to locate a copy of my site from March of 1997. Go take a look at what this site used to look like! Not quite everything was retained, and I can't vouch for the links, but it's kinda neat seeing the changes.
